Shipping

We will endeavour to process all orders the following business day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day. Orders are processed from London, UK.

Availability of products cannot be guaranteed. If you have ordered an item that is not available or is delayed, we will notify you via email or telephone.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number when the order has been dispatched. Please note that all our shipments are insured. UK and EU residents will not yet pay VAT on their purchase. However once the company is VAT registered, VAT will begin to be stated in purchase price.

For international orders, a customs duty will be charged to you depending upon the country in which you reside. Willa Burton, trading as Reset Select, is not responsible for payment of this duty. The shipping company will contact you once your items are in customs to let you know the cost. Be aware that this may delay your delivery time as goods held at customs. It will be your responsibility to pay the necessary charges for local authorities to release the goods. 

Terms

You have the legal right to return your order within 14 working days of receipt of the goods. In this case, any sum debited from your credit or debit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as the goods are received and processed in store, excluding the initial shipping cost. If you want to cancel your order, you will need to follow the procedure set out below within the fourteen days. Before placing an order with reset-select.com you must have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, then you should contact our customer service via email at hello@reset-select.com before placing your order with us.

Reset Select will offer a refund provided that the products are returned unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, in perfect and saleable condition, with all original tags and packaging attached and accompanied by the original sales receipt. We cannot accept returns of personalised or special-order items.

Please note that you have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the items while they are in your possession and we hold the right to deny returns if the merchandise returned does not meet our policy requirements.

Reset Select is not responsible for duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases.

When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting or the relevant couriers airway bills and documentation and you are advised to arrange your own insurance. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

Reset Select will cover the return costs for faulty items or items that are damaged in transit to you in which case you should contact hello@reset-select.com with photographic evidence. In the case of damage incurred during shipment, we must be notified within 48 hours of delivery in order to process the return.

Late returns

All sales are final after 14 days of purchase. Returns outside of this period will not be accepted.

Clothing

Please take care trying on items as all products must be returned in a new and unused condition with all packaging and tags still attached.

 

Limited-Edition Products (including Antiques) and Books 

As these items are collectible, please only remove the protective cover and packaging once you are certain that you wish to keep them.

 

Sale Items

Please note that sale items with a discount of 60% or more are final sale.

 

Faulty goods

Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty.

 

Colours

We try to display the colours of our products on our website as accurately as possible but please note that photography can sometimes alter the colour of items. Also as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that colours will be exactly as they appear on your device.

Discount Codes

You may occasionally receive discount codes from us, via email or through promotional  materials.

Each code is unique to the recipient, is not transferable, has no monetary value and under no circumstances can it be converted into currency. Each code has an expiry date, which will be stated at the time of promotion or on accompanying promotional materials which cannot be modified. Codes can only be redeemed online.

When an order is placed using a promotional code and contains a number of items, the value of the discount is spread over each item according to the pro-rated value of that item. Any refund of an item purchased in such an order will be reduced by the value of discount attached to it. The ‘discount’ will not be refunded.

Under no circumstances can the value of a discount code be deducted from an order if that code is defective or out of date: no replacement codes will be issued.

Only one discount voucher can be used per order.

If any other rules apply to a specific promotion, these will be clearly stated at the time of promotion or on accompanying promotional materials.
